Many bloggers have already used several sites for contact form building and they have posted in-depth tutorials for this. You will be able to find quite a few of them yourself. Here is my addition. A contact form is indeed essential for a professional blog. A sign that the blog is professional.Follow these steps:
Create Contact Form
Sign up for a free account at emailmeform
Once you are registered click the “+ Add Form” button and choose the form builder option.
A Popup comes up, Click on Take me to the Form Builder
Now Select Option for your Contact Form. Keep your form simple with some important fields only like Name, Website URL, Email, Age, Country, Subject, Message and Upload File. The form builder looks like this,
Now Click on Field Setting than make some changes –
1.Now From the Basic section clickParagraph Text& click it to rename it asMessage
2.To make a specific form option a must to fill then simply click that row and select required as shown below
Click on Form Setting – Fill detail than click Save
Again a pop-up comes up – click on the blow option
Yuppie, Now over Contact Form is Create successfully.
How add Contact Form to Blogger
Click On<>CodeButton
Navigate to Social & CMS than click on Blogger
Copy this Contact Form Code
Go to Your Blogger Account
Create New Page for Contact Us Form
Now Paste Code in HTML section than Publish Page,
Congratulation Your Contact From with Upload Option is now live on your Blog.
Delete Site Logo
To delete the emailmeform logo from the contact form find and delete a similar code like the one below from the code you just copied.
Use Over Live HTML Editorfor edit and for live preview

Publish the page again and bingo you are done! I know the steps are lengthy but the result is indeed worth it. Note:Paste the Contact Form code in Edit HTML mode only and hit the publish button on blogger Post Editor. Do not toggle to compose mode because this will collapse the form.
